2. Use of Our Site
You may use our site and purchase products only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide, including contact info, address, and payment details, is complete and accurate.
3. Purchases and Pricing
All pricing and stock levels are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices due to typographical or database errors. Payments are processed securely, and you agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.
4. Repair Services & Diagnostics
By booking a repair appointment or creating a repair ticket, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Zynex IT Solutions is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We highly recommend backing up your data before submitting devices.
- Diagnostic fees may apply depending on the device type and issue.
- Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after service completion may be disposed of or sold to recover cost of parts.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Zynex IT Solutions, its directors, employees, or developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute hardware.
